THE HEROES OF OCTOBER 7th \ HADASSA BEN ARI

THE HEROES OF OCTOBER 7TH is a project of children's stories which emerged when the Iron Swords War broke out on in Israel, on October 7th. The project brings together stories which reflect the inspiring, indomitable, physical and emotional strength which rapidly surfaced among 'regular' people from across all ages and sectors of Israeli society. The stories are presented in a clear, accessible manner which has been adapted for young people and are meant to be read together with an adult.
These short portraits shine a light not only on the soldiers but on the other warriors; the residents of the south of Israel and the children who were caught up in battle areas, the medical and rescue teams and all the average Israeli citizens involved. Their inspirational experiences are presented in light of their incredible heroism and strength of spirit, full of Israeli pride.
Profits from this book will be donated to the "Brothers for Life" non-profit organization, whose aim is to aid IDF soldiers injured while serving on active duty during Israel's fight for existence.
